Who am I?

With more than 25 years in Facilities Management and 9 years in aviation operations prior to that, I have developed a set of business skills ideally suited for SMEs and large organisations. Whether it’s support with problem solving and change management, analysis of data, stakeholder engagement, company integrations or large-scale projects covering inter-departmental changes, if you’re reading this there is a very good chance I can provide support to your business. I am also happy to look at setting up a monthly retainer subject to minimum criteria, if that suits you better.

That said, while I would love to support all businesses, I fully appreciate that this may not be possible and will always be honest about what I can and cannot provide, suggesting alternatives in some circumstances.
